Flavourings in Food Regulations 2010

This legislation gives important definitions of natural flavouring and how to label natural flavours. For example to be considred a natural flavour the component must be made up exclusively of natural flavouring preparations or substances. Also in order to be called "natural x flavouring" at least 95% of it must be of the substance named.

 

These regulations come into force on 20th January 2010
