This Pre-Audit checklist is designed for the Global Standard for Food Safety, Issue 5 and can be downloaded here.

It is intended for assistance only and is designed to be used once you are familiar with the Global Standard for Food Safety so you must read the Standard first.

Note that the minimum requirements for documents and records are highlighted by D and R but you should not restrict yourself to those. Your own systems will dictate where you need more than these.
